Business & Decision (Group), the international Consulting and Systems Integration (CSI) Company, specialising in Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and e-Business, announces the appointment of Gabriel Temstet as Head of Internal Operations for France, and Aharon Berkovich as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for France.

Gabriel Temstet is a graduate from Paris IX Dauphine University and an engineer from the Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique. He started his career at Shell France as an independent consultant on several Business Intelligence projects for the Cost Control Department.

He joined Business & Decision in 1993 as a project manager and went on to manage key projects in partnership with PWC.  He was subsequently appointed Agency Director in 2003.

As the Head of Internal Operations for France, Gabriel Temstet will supervise internal processes including purchasing, Group property management strategy, logistics, etc. The role will include cost management, coordinating a variety of internal projects and improving Group infrastructure and organisation.

Aharon Berkovich is a graduate from the Technion (Israeli Polytechnic School) and has been with Business & Decision for more than ten years.

He has more than 25 years experience in the IT sector, including working at a subsidiary of Générale des Eaux's and at Atos Origin. In addition to his extensive expertise in management, he is also highly versed in the Group's specialised domains (BI, CRM and e-Business) with experience across various industries.

As the COO of the company in France, Aharon Berkovich will use his deep knowledge of Business & Decision to enhance the well established project-oriented operating model. He will focus on the profitability of French agencies and strengthen processes with the sales, HR, marketing and communication functions.
