DataFlux and Business & Decision sign European strategic partnership

Paris, France, 9 July 2008 – DataFlux, one of the leading suppliers of data quality and integration solutions, and Business & Decision, which specialises in Business Intelligence, Customer Relations Management (CRM), e-business and ERP integration, have today announced a European-wide strategic partnership. This agreement offers businesses full control of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) projects, and covers the entire business data value chain, from audit through to management solutions.

Partnership will provide specific solutions to improve and control corporate data, addressing the growing need for organisations to manage corporate data assets

According to the terms of the partnership, DataFlux will provide value added data quality and data integration solutions whilst Business & Decision will integrate those solutions into the customer's ecosystem.  "Market logic requires our two companies to come together", explains Marc Daverat, DataFlux Managing Director, Southern Europe.  "This will enable us to combine the most successful technologies with recognised skills in business project management in the sphere of data quality and integration" he continues.  In an environment in which information has risen to a crucial level for businesses, the interaction that this partnership is going to generate will be a guarantee of quality and security for customers wanting to install a data quality management program or indeed a data governance initiative.

Offering expertise and global solutions

Through this partnership, Business & Decision consultants will have preferential access to DataFlux technologies, and will thus be in a position to offer and integrate data quality tools into joint projects.

The scope of this partnership extends to all operations associated with data projects, including reference systems, the development of CRM or back-office applications, the implementation of solutions for regulatory compliance (Basel II, Solvency II, for instance), data audits and data standardisation, correction or de-duplication solutions.

Thus, via this partnership, customers will have solutions available to cover all their data management needs in terms of methodology, technology and services.

Partnering for Success 2008 

...a kick off to the Autumn Internationals 2008...

Business & Decision held its annual customer event at London's City Hall on the 6th November.
