Business & Decision has developed a strategic partnership with Neolane who, together, have implemented more than ten significant projects in the last two years.

The increasingly ambitious and strategic nature of projects being undertaken for clients means a higher level of skill and more diverse expertise is required which the new dedicated Neolane service centre will be able to provide. In addition, Business & Decision has created the service centre in order to gain knowledge, to strengthen its partnership with Neolane and to consolidate its technology-leading position.

Composed of more than twenty consultants, the new service centre offers a comprehensive business solution including the integration, development and Neolane solutions maintenance (hosting service, Hotline, application maintenance), as well as marketing focused business and technology expertise. The expertise embraces campaign management (email, mail, SMS, MMS...), processes automation (workflows), content management, online surveys and effectiveness measurement.
