BDynamic, the Business & Decision professional development programme

Business & Decision has recently launched an exciting new programme which will benefit from continual enhancements. The BDynamic programme is designed to assess and meet the individual aspirations, capabilities and development requirements of each member of staff by providing a personalised and on-going training programme to deliver identified technical and personal development needs.  

BDynamic encapsulates the typical training that an individual may encounter (technical and vendor training, management skills, interpersonal skills) and more. We already have many well established programmes for technical qualifications; these will be supplemented with additional programmes in areas including formal consultancy practice certification, risk management, project management and software testing.

From the induction of our graduate’s right through to our executive consultants and senior management team, all of our employees have the opportunity to continue their professional journey with Business & Decision.
