Management Information (MI)

We work with the MI team at a leading high street book retailer to help them achieve greater range and depth of revenue reporting and analysis. The client was using Excel, Access, flat files and hard copy's for their reporting, which had limited analysis capability. We designed and implemented a solution that collated data from several operational systems to provide key stakeholders with a single view of company performance, delivered via a web-based enterprise portal. This has significantly enhanced the management decision making, providing better visibility into company performance across stores and products.

Sales Reporting

A leading women's retailer wanted access to accurate sales and stock information for actual, budget and forecast planning, using automated reports. Our Business Intelligence team designed and implemented a data warehouse that drew data from a number of operational systems on a daily basis. This has enabled our client to achieve accurate reporting on demand, improve pricing control to highlight appropriate discounting opportunities and gain greater insight and control over their production processes.

E-Commerce

We have developed many e-commerce stores for leading retailers - both B2B and B2C. A selection includes:

  • For a retailer of contemporary gear for babies and small children, we create and distribute regular HTML email campaigns to promote their online store, with complete click through analysis.
  • For a well know watch supplier we developed a multilingual B2B site that provides online ordering for retailers around the world as well as tailored country information outlining the relevant product ranges, stock and pricing. Our solution was pivotal in our client winning "Watch Supplier of the Year" at the prestigious industry UK Jewellery Awards.
  • We developed an online store for a mail order supplier of nutritional supplements. The store manages hundreds of thousands of orders every year and every customer is assured that their purchase will be despatched promptly and reliably.
