Programme Management

We have significant experience in integrating data and information orientated programmes into broader change and transformation initiatives. 

We typically use a methodology such as Managing Strategic Programmes (MSP) at a programme level, and Prince2 or a derivative at a project level; but we are always happy to work within the methods and management frameworks our clients have chosen.

When working within a programme structure we focus on the overall business objective of our clients programme.
